JST Announcements
  • Please join other JST women students for lunch and conversation on Tuesday, March 12 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. in the Cardoner room. If you will be attending please RSVP to Mary Beth Lamb by Friday, March 8, listing any dietary preferences.
  • The Tuesday night, March 12 presentation on Conversion and Criminal Justice Reform with Dr. Andrew Skotnicki has been rescheduled for May 14.
  • Wednesday, March 13, from 11-4 in Compañía, join Breyan Tornifolio, Director of Recruitment, and current rectors from the University of Notre Dame’s Office of Residential Life for an informational open house. Stop in to ask questions and learn more about the Rector role. Openings are available for the coming year.
  • On Wednesday afternoons, April 3 and 10, Clare Ronzani and Bruce Lescher will present a two-part Enneagram workshop. Please see the calendar item for details.
  • JST is awarding "Student Development Grant" funding to subsidize a student's expenses for participation in a conference or workshop that will further their academic or ministerial formation.   Submit the Student Development Grant Application to Paul Kircher, Assistant Dean of Students, pkircher@scu.edu. Deadline: March 22, 2019.
  • The Jesuit School of Theology presents A Heart Renewed: Daily Lenten Prayer, an online retreat with daily reflections emailed to you each morning. Sign up and learn more.
  • JST will be offering a course for intensive Latin study (BS-1042: Latin I and Latin II; 3 or 6 credits) from June 10-July 19, Monday through Friday, 9am-12pm. Interested GTU students should contact their school registrar or JST registrar Jim Oberhausen at joberhausen@scu.edu; interested non-GTU students should contact Laura Nieto with JST Admissions at lnieto@scu.edu.
  • Ineda Adesanya, a GTU Ph.D. student, is forming a new student association for all students of African descent from all schools of the GTU Consortium. She has already gathered a representative group from different schools for an initial meeting. If you are interested in joining this association, please contact Ineda Adesanya at iadesanya@ses.gtu.edu.
