Janice Charley is actively pursuing a Board of Directors Position. She is former Chairman of the Board of Truesdail Laboratories, Inc., a chemistry testing laboratory where she led the successful turnaround and resulting sale to ALS (AXS:AlQ). Ms. Charley was responsible for setting board agenda, leading board meetings and strategy discussions, and company governance. She challenged management to investigate, present, prepare, and enter into new markets. Prior to her position on the Board, Ms. Charley served as consulting CFO and was accountable for turn around to profitability and positive cash flow.
