CFO/Operations Exec, Board Member and Advisor

Jack has over 30 years of Silicon Valley experience with a focus on finance and operations.

He has served in executive leadership roles at GoPro, Qualcomm, Atheros, NetRatings, Apptitude, and Electronics for Imaging. Jack has taken four companies public and served as CFO for the IPO of three of them (including GoPro). He has also been on boards of multiple companies that have completed IPOs and M&A transactions. As a result, he has raised over $2 billion in equity financing and completed over $10 billion in mergers and acquisitions.

Jack currently sits on numerous public and private boards as well as serving on the Finance and Accounting advisory boards at Santa Clara University.

Jack earned his BS with an emphasis in accounting from Santa Clara University and is a certified public accountant (inactive). He also gave a TEDx presentation “Why Silicon Valley’s Greatest Innovation is NOT Technology.”
