What does Diversity and Inclusion mean to you? Diversity and inclusion mean many things to me, but at their core, they represent the embrace and interweaving of different cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, stories, and experiences to form a community where everyone feels valued and hear. It's about creating and fostering a space where people from diverse communities can come together, uplift one another, stand in solidarity, and support one another while celebrating and honoring the unique qualities that each individual brings to a space.
