Biography
Trista has worked at Santa Clara University since October 2000. She worked in the Financial Aid Office for 12 years and became the Director of the SCU One Stop in 2012. Before her time at SCU, she was a Branch Manager at a financial institution. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from San Jose State University.

Biography
Karine joined the One Stop team in May of 2024. As the proud mom of a Santa Clara University graduate, she is delighted to serve students in her role as Manager of the One Stop. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with her M.A. in Economics, she spent the first 18 years of her career as the VP of commercial lending for financial institutions. Prior to joining One Stop she managed a college preparatory consulting firm.
Shaun Ferreira

Biography
Shaun moved to the Bay Area for college and never left. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in History and English from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2009. His previous career was with LEGO® Brand Retail.
Carmen Rodriguez

Biography
Carmen is a Bay Area native who graduated from Santa Clara University in 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Before joining the One Stop team, she was an HR Assistant and a Peer Educator for the LEAD Scholars Program. An avid baker in the kitchen, when she isn't trying new recipes you can find her taking her puppy on road trips and to the beach!
Rafael Tirado

Biography
Rafael is our latest and greatest team member joining One Stop, bringing in over 20 years of experience in customer service! Some of his passions (outside of his professional endeavors) include a love for the culinary arts and hands-on projects, involving himself in home improvement and mechanical work. Rafael is also an active member in his community, so you can often find him volunteering with his children’s baseball team and supporting local youth development!
