Winter 2022 Move In Details
Returning to Campus:
If you are returning to campus from Winter Break, your access will begin at 9:00am on Sunday, January 2nd. You will not need to check in, your access will begin at that time.
Your Winter 2022 Meal Plan will also activate at this time for use.
Please keep in mind that all students living in University Villas and Neighborhood units may remain in their spaces for the duration of winter break.
Moving In for Winter 2022:
For all students new to campus for Winter 2022 and moving into their space for the first time, please be sure to fully read your move in and assignment email. You will need to have your confirmation email at the time of check-in.
You may check in ay time between 9:00AM - 4:00PM, on January 2nd, 2022 at the Housing Office located within Benson Memorial Center, Office 212.
What to do if your access card is not working?
Get a new phone or your access card not working? The Access Card Office will be open on January 2nd from 12:00PM - 4:00PM. They will be able to assist with all new phone mobile credential concerns or with printing a new card for you!
Campus Post Office Hours:
The Campus Post Office will reopen on Monday, January 3, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Please plan accordingly, as the Campus Post Office will not be open on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
