Biography
Jessica Natbony joined the Office of Career Management as the Director of Law Career Development in October 2024. Prior to her role at SCU, Jessica gained extensive experience as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 200 firm in New York, worked in legal talent management consultancy and later managed recruitment and personnel as a regional manager for an AmLaw 50 firm in its Bay Area offices. With several years in agency recruiting, Jessica also founded and led her own legal recruiting firm. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
