Biography

Mr. Zipes is in-house litigation at Oracle where he practices IP and general commercial litigation and co-chairs Oracle's pro-bono committee. Prior to that, he was counsel at the law firm of Bingham McCutchen LLP (now Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP) where he represented clients in IP, antitrust, and general commercial litigation. He was admitted to practice law in California in 2007.
