GTU Doctoral Affiliation Application Checklist

Download the GTU-JST Doctoral Student Affiliation Guidelines and review the affiliation application checklist below:
  1. Review and complete the GTU Doctoral Affiliation Application
  2. In a one-page letter to the JST Associate Dean, Alison Benders, describe yourself and state the reason(s) for requesting affiliation with the Jesuit School of Theology.
  3. Provide a signed statement authorizing the JST Admissions Committee to view your dossier at the GTU.
  4. Send completed application to:
