Biography
Sean Garcia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working in private practice in San Jose. Sean is particularly passionate about serving the needs of transgender/gender variant persons and their families as well as the neurodiverse population. Given his personal and professional experience, he’s served on speaking panels, facilitated trainings, an ERG board member, and task force leader for PFLAG in Oregon. Prior to psychotherapy, he spent a decade in global marketing, operations, and training. He’s combined his mindset for business with his passion for mental health. Sean attributes his success to quality education, a strong moral code, unyielding faith, living with intention and having an entrepreneurial spirit. Sean graduated with a Master’s of Counseling from JFKU, B.A. in Psychology from JFKU, and previously graduated from all Catholic institutions.
