Women in Business is a network of collegiate women empowering one another and laying the foundation for professional development by providing members with networking opportunities, alumni connections, leadership workshops, coffee chats with corporate executives, and a mentorship program.  The professional development opportunities Women in Business provides its members, and the community of women within the club stood out to me right away as a freshman at Santa Clara. I was eager to be a part of this strong group of women and to learn from the various career professionals that come to speak at workshops and events.

 

The past leaders of WiB were great mentors to me and I am truly grateful for the example they set. I feel privileged to get the chance to hopefully make an impact on younger club members and serve as a mentor to them. I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to this community of women.
