The Economics Student Association is a business-oriented club focused on providing students with opportunities to have fun, network with students, meet professors and learn more about the major. I joined because I am Economics enthusiast, I love economics and all related topics. I am also an Economics major and wanted to meet more people with similar interests as me. Through that, I've met some of my best friends in college!
I love that Economics is such a diverse major, contrary to many other majors. Economics majors can focus on a large variety of topics, ranging from both micro-economics to macro-economics. Economics is one of the most popular majors at Santa Clara, so you get to meet a lot people from many different backgrounds.
