Vice Chair, Student and External Relations

Sean is part of the Media services team here at SCU and works with a number of international organizations including the Standards team at Avixa and is part of the Steering Committee for the AV End Users Group.

Prior to SCU, Sean was a Project Manager for Edwards Technologies Inc. where he worked on projects with Quicksilver, Hilton, Round One, Disney, and The Huntington Library, Art Collections, & Botanical Gardens. He was also formerly the Senior AV Specialist at San Manuel Casino, where it was his responsibility to oversee all of the technical entertainment aspects property wide, which included audio/video distribution, system design, troubleshooting, repair, asset management, and over 600 live performances a year throughout multiple venues.

Sean is also a freelance audio engineer specializing in classical and large ensemble music. He has recorded ensembles, staff, and musicians from BYU, The Choral Project, CSULA, CSUF, Chapman University, East Carolina University, Manhattan School of Music, LA Opera, LA Phil, LA Master Chorale, and the San Diego Opera among others.

Along with being an active member of the Silicon Valley Gay Men’s Chorus, Sean serves on the Board of Directors managing marketing.
