Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University and participated on the Women's Water Polo team. She has a background in HR analytics and is currently the product manager of the People Analytics Application at Workday. She is excited about this opportunity to lead while pursuing her MBA. Laura is passionate about augmented analytics to better help leaders and analysts uncover insights to help drive change in their organizations.
