The Center for Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CFIE) invites you to join us for a look into the business of artisanal chocolate and bean-to-bar production featuring some of the best craft chocolate companies in the Bay Area. Come enjoy a light dinner, an exiting and informational panel, and indulge in chocolate creations during the craft chocolate tasting.

5:45-6:45 PM: The Business of Chocolate panel discussion led by Professor Jo-Ellen Pozner and Professor Woolley with representatives from Dandelion Chocolate, TCHO Chocolate, and Volo Chocolate followed by a chocolate tasting featuring popular craft chocolates.
